RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES
| Intern Program | Continued intern program with local college and high school students that has been in force for over 30 years and has produced scores of broadcasters. Hired one of the interns for part-time work in 2004, who is still employed. |
| Outreach | Spoke at Kiwanis Club meeting in January 2004 about the stations and opportunities available. Resulted in President of Kiwanis joining the sales staff a few months later. |
