RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES
| Intern Program | Continued intern program with local college and high school students that has been in force for over 30 years and has produced scores of broadcasters. Hired one of the interns for part-time work in 2005, who is still employed. |
| Outreach | Spoke at Tillamook Bay Community College marketing class about radio advertising and job opportunities in May of 2005. |
| Job Fair | Attended all day Tillamook County Economic Development Job Fair at 2605 12th St. in Tillamook in April of 2005 from 8 am to 6 pm, meeting with students and public about job opportunities in the broadcast business. Signed up those interested for possible inclusion into our intern program. |
